From customer request via ability to aesthetics – we create individual christmas dreams out of glass
Regardless of whether you already have a concrete idea or whether you are still in the determination phase – look how an idea became an exclusive handmade glass ornament. An honest piece of craftsmanship of the highest quality with lasting value.
We Manufacture Individual Ornaments and Designs According to the Customer’s Wishes.
A lead time is required for the first sample production resp. the prototype. In this process, we create a drawing, a plaster model, the mould for the glassblower, for example, as well as drawing out special decor requirements and practicing them by hand.
After you have specified your idea of the ornament (e.g. photos, sketches, 3D pictures) and ordered the sample production, it takes approx. 6 weeks until you will receive the first pieces.
The Cost of an Individual Ornament Depends on Several Factors, Including:
- Complexity of the model (e.g. single or multi-part)
- Details in the finish
- Size of the model
Prototype Production Includes:
- Drawing ⇒ Access via e-mail
- Plaster model incl. all rework ⇒ Approval based on a model photo
- Glass mould / original ornament incl. all work steps and decor suggestions ⇒ Approval for batch production based on the original sample
Batch production:
The manufacturing costs per completed christmas ornament are calculated according to the required hand-made decoration.
The minimum quantities for individual small series are 200 pieces.
From the approval of the sample to the finished production run, you should expect a production time of approx. 3-8 weeks.
Individual Packaging:
Optionally, we also offer special packaging and gift boxes.
Note:
Due to the duration of the projects, we only offer individual production in the first two quarters of the year.
